Hi there! We are looking for 1 more roommate to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood. Looking for students or working professionals. The room is for single occupancy only. You will be sharing with 2 other roommates.
The house is just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Center and all the essentials. Royal Roads University is only 8 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes by bus - with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk from the house. The new John Horgan Campus is a 7 minute drive or a 20 minute bus ride.
About the house:
- 1 large room available, with a closet - fully furnished with a double-sized bed. The room will also have also have a dresser, end table, lamp, desk and chair for studying.
- 3 bathroom house - you will share a bathroom
- Common areas: spacious living and dining areas, plus a deck and a backyard.
- Large kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, etc. provided
- Laundry: a separate laundry room
- Storage: Access to large storage spaces
- Parking: Parking is available if you have a car
- Wifi: Fiber optic internet - we have super fast WIFI!
- Can be either a short or long-term roommate
Rent & Move-In Details:
- Rent: $1,000 per month + shared utilities
- Move-in available starting April 15th - May 1st 2026 (negotiable for alternative dates is potentially possible - if the ad is still up, we want to hear from you!) Also open to students who will be coming in August/end of August for the new school semester.
